The eldest teenager likes to get home from her 6th form, open all the cupboards and search through the fridge, then make something to eat. She then spends an hour eating whatever she's made whilst staring at her phone. Then she has a bit of a lie down. Stares at her phone a bit more. Has a snack. And stares at her phone some more. At approximately 10pm she suddenly remembers she was meant to do 3 hours work. She gets her computer out and gets going on some important essay. Due tomorrow. We go to bed and fail to sleep due to the banging about and general wide-awakeness from the next room. At 1am I go mental with her and tell her to go to bloody sleep. The following morning she presses snooze a zillion times before dragging her arse out of bed at the very last minute and applying her makeup in the car. She then repeats the above. Every day.
The youngest teenager is showing signs of following in her footsteps. Without the cooking. Cos he can't be bothered with that.
Oh joy of joys.

February was much more pleasanterer than January. Especially this last week which has been positively glorious ☀️Woohoo!

I've had a busy couple of weeks consisting of: 
One half term,
Two day trips to London,
One broken bathroom sink,
A couple of nights out,
One freelancer's get-together,
Loads of work,
And 376 Mum's Taxi bookings.

And in between I drew some pictures just for the laugh...

I do my personal work to keep me sane.
It's my most favouritest hobby.
I do it on a night in front of the telly.
I do it to avoid cleaning.
I sometimes do it to avoid real work. Cos if I'm honest real work is sometimes a little uninspiring.
It is my aim in life to one day just do personal work. And license it and stuff. So that I won't have to do the boring jobs that I sometimes only do for the cash.
Meanwhile I do it for instagram and for my blog. Only these days I sometimes forget my blog.
So here I am catching up.
Like you do on a Sunday night.
When you're trying to avoid the Tesco online order.

I received upgraded exotic flowers this year and we'll be having an M&S dine in tonight. After I've been to my yoga class. Cos I'm all about the romance.

Yesterday it felt like spring. Sunshine and everything.

I provisionally reserve the Tesco online slot every week by bunging a few random items in the basket and checking out. I then leave it till Sunday night every week to do it properly. And I have to tell you that by Sunday night every week I just can't be arsed.
I'm putting it off right now.
I still do it though. Every week. Because nothing is worse than having to physically appear in person at an actual Tesco store...
