At the moment I'm putting off: having my car serviced, sorting out my finances, painting the hallway, finishing the bedroom (which we started decorating last May), cleaning the bathroom, going to Tesco....I could go on forever.
I've been 'getting round to' creating a website for about eight years now... but still putting it off. And of course there are the children's books I was planning to write and illustrate as soon as my youngest started school full time...he started last January and I'm still thinking about getting round to it.
There just doesn't seem time to do these things, or at least there always seems to be something more pressing (or more interesting in the case of household chores) to do.
I've toyed with the idea of writing a blog for ages too and the fact that I'm actually getting round to it is thanks to my friend Justine who asked me to design her blog header (sew Justine sew). I figured that if I could design hers I could do one for me too....so here I am.
Who knows if I'll 'get round to' posting anything else but at least I made a start :-)
