bank holiday weekend

My weekend was:
A bus + train trip to Ilkley with the sis and the kids.
A picnic in the park freezing our bits off.
A night in the pub with an old friend who moved to New Zealand but came back to visit cos he misses the weather.
Several visits to see my mum.
Afternoon drinks in the sun in Leeds.
Followed by the Vaccines.
Followed by the pub.
A trip to the opticians to get the other half new spex cos he came home from the pub with one eye in and one eye NOT IN?!
Work.
A bbq. (Yay the sun came out)
And 3 trips to McDonalds.

And it's only three weeks till the next bank holiday :-)
