daylight

We have to set off to school at 7.15 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays cos the little one does this compulsory reading thing. Where they don't actually read anything. Twice. A. Week.
Getting up at stupid o'clock goes down really well in our house.
But this morning it was ever-so-slightly-a-little-bit light when we set off! Not like bright sunlight or anything. But not pitch black. So that's a step in the right direction isn't it? #springisontheway

    It's feeling a bit springy here too!! I'm not getting my hopes up yet though :) keeping the woolies and the heater on for now, but it is nice to see a bit of sun, innit!?

      Sunshine makes all the difference doesn't it? And daylight! I hate it when it's dark all the time! Come on spring!
